The following terms and conditions apply to software downloads/purchases and adopted by the FTS:

1. Our clients understand that when they submit a request to FTS it means that they agree to the terms and conditions of FTS.

2. All prices are in US Dollars.

3. Our clients are responsible for all import taxes and duties (if/were applicable).

4. clients understand that our products are delivered as internet download.

5. Our clients understand and agree that the product is for their personal use only.

6. Our clients do not have the right to sell or redistribute the product.

7. All credit card transactions will be verified.

8. FTS has the right to delay delivery until receiving payment confirmation.

9. FTS has the right to adjust/change prices at any time in addition to the right of adjusting financial templates and forms in any financial package.

10. FTS does not offer refunds on any of its packages/templates and products; however we will offer exchanges in the event of incomplete download. You must contact/email us within three days after receiving the product in order to arrange for resending your ordered products again.
